It took weeks for these to even turn up. We have stuck them on the wall after following all instructions of washing the wall, letting it dry for 24hours and they stuck to the wall and looked amazing but now they have all slowly started falling off the wall.
Hi Sophie. I'm sorry your experiencing some issues with our wall decals. It may be that the paint on the wall is a teflon based "wash and wear paint" which would explain why there are not sticking.
We do detail this on every product description and offer a relatively low cost sample to allow you to test the suitability. "We advise against using our stickers on walls painted with wash and wear paint as they may not adhere properly. If you are unsure what paint is on your walls we recommend purchasing a sample."
If you can email me a picture of the tin of the paint used on the walls and I can advise how to remedy. 😌

The wall stickers are amazing and look fabulous on our wall. The original delivery got lost in the mail but John from Jack Harry and Ollie quickly investigated and reissued the wall stickers so they would arrive in time for us to get them on the wall and surprise our little boy for when he arrives into his new home. Love the whale and bubbles decals. Great quality product. Easy to apply, and move if needed.
There was an initial print issue with my order however after speaking with John the owner, he promptly resolved it. The new whale decal arrived and is now up on the nursary wall!

Rainbow decal looks exactly as shown in the pics. Easy to apply (getting the arches aligned was the hardest part but it was easy to peel off and re-stick). Smooth texture, no chemical odour. Adds bright colour to my daughter’s play room which is easy on the eyes. Love it

The order did take longer than anticipated and unfortunately didn’t have too much communication from the company. Once the decals arrived, they were missing any adhesive instructions as well as the wall applicator that was stated on the website would have been included so we had to purchase one from a different store to make sure we applied the decals correctly without leaving bubbles in the stickers. Attention to detail could be a bit better with the packaging. The decals look lovely though.
Hi Courtney Thanks for taking the time to review our product. We did have a delay in sending out some orders due to our three boys (all under 8 years of age) all contracting food poisoning. As a small family business this affected our ability to process our orders as quickly as normal. With regards to the instructions we normally include these with every order so not sure why yours wasn't in your package. For this product as they are small decals you do not need an applicator to apply as these are hand applied. We're always looking for ways to improve our business so really grateful for the feedback around packaging. this is somethiung we are trying to improve without having a cost imapct on the sale price. 😌

Beautiful colour and so easy to apply and reapply if needed. Great price too. They are high quality and nice to support an aus business. I bought cheaper ones a few years ago and never actually finished putting them up cos they were so fiddly. Wish I just bought these to start with!!
